Just a rundown of a few tests I did on the latest
snapshot:
If anyone has the chance to do the same for
Mac/Linux that would be great.
Anyone with time on there hands could attack a few
of these errors:
IE5.5 winme:
* dynapi.gui.buttonimage.html
Button doesn't show up, have to
refresh browser once (problem with dynimage)
* dynapi.gui.loadpanel.html
If you select "use IFrame" after
loading a file, an error is caused - exception occurred line 185
NS6 winme:
* dynapi.gui.button.html
Buttons 1,2,5,6 are much to small. Button 6 has no text. * dynapi.gui.buttonimage.html
Button doesn't show up, have to
refresh browser once (problem with dynimage)
* dynapi.gui.list.html
Lots of bugs, starts as a flat line, newly added cells don't change the same as existing ones, mouse overs are strange, cells are to small. Personally I think we're best
off removing list.js from the distro, we can offer it separately, but it's just
too memory intensive in IE, too buggy in NS6, and too crash provoking in
NS4.
* dynapi.gui.pushpanel.html
The buttons don't show up - after changing the label, they do. Changing VP size doesn't refresh the screen properly. * dynapi.gui.scrollbar.html
Hor/Vert scrollbars don't show, after refreshing they're ok (dynimage again) NS4.08 winMe
* dynapi.api.delete.htm
Deleting layers does not remove
them from the screen.
* dynapi.event.dragevent.html
Dragging fires a click event.
Clicking fires two click events.
* dynapi.event.mouseevents.htm
Middle button doesn't work.
Right button only works once (context menu gets in the way)
* dynapi.gui.buttonimage.html
Click event doesn't
show.
* dynapi.gui.loadpanel.html
After clicking on "use ILayer"
loading causes error.
* dynapi.gui.scrollbar.html
After scrolling, text starts to
be selected on the page. - this is an irritating bug that I've seen a lot in NS4
lately.
* dynapi.gui.scrollpane.html
Same textselecting
problem.
