Check out this in the faq:

Then once the program is installed, go in Admin|Preferences enter this
string:

:ext:[EMAIL PROTECTED]:/cvsroot/dynapi

replace USERNAME of course.
in the WinCvs tab replace notepad with your favorite editor.
OK this

right-click on the "home" node, left window, and choose "Checkout-module"
enter "dynapi" as module name, OK and type password in popup, and your set.

Then make sure "show missing" is not selected, or you don't see the
downloaded files.
