I think that would be a fine thing.

I just got the information (from a developer of Konqueror) that the
current version (part of the upcoming KDE 2.2) could suffice our
needs...
The only problem is that you
a) need a beta version of KDE 2.2 to test it and
b) there's no documentation of Konqueror's support of DOM etc.
