Summary: NS6 Visibility Issue
Initial Comment:
I've got my project set up so that all of the layers
are turned off when the page loads. Then, you click
the buttons and they will turn the layers on and off.
It works fine in NS4 and IE, but not in NS6. In NS6,
all of the layers are turned on automatically for some
reason. After you click the buttons it works fine.

I could not reproduce the bug. Setting the visibility to
hidden in the constructor is working as it should.
