All: In Netscape 4.76, the dynapi.event.mouseevents.htm example seems to leave a highlighted selection after you do a mousedown ... mouseover ... mouseup on the layer.
Put your cursor in the top left corner of the gray box that appears and then hold down your left mouse button and drag to the bottom right corner of the box and then release the button. The text on the left side of the page is now highlighted and the only way to unhighlight it is to click the text. Is there a way to keep this from happening or to do something in the mouseup to unhighlight any text??
