yeah i know, i followed the thread as well. what i thought was in 
the 2.6 preview there isn't  any deleteAllChildren() afa i can remeber, 
i've read that ie Dan commented the unload handler out. 
that’s why i thought it might not be necessary anymore.

anyway, i'm gonna make some tests with ie5/mac and the unload 
handler, see if it should be excluded.

(doug, remember to reply to all when replying to dynapi-dev-list,
