I apologise for my rash comments, I was incorrect.  I can't remember how long ago
I went through the cvs versions for comparison.  I have commented out the section
in my personal version and all appears to be ok.

I went through some of my old versions and the lines were in the 2001.01.25
version.  From memory, this was well before DynAPIX.  However, the code doesn't
make an appearance in Pascal's Dynacore dated 2000.11.12.

The whole idea of leaving a null value for width / height was so that the content
was automatically updating the dimensions as the html changed.
