Ok, as nobody else has, I added this fix to CVS.
The screen refresh code for NS4 and Mac is in there too, (in dragevent.js)
it works ok for NS4, IE5.5 and Mozilla on win2000, but not tested on mac
yet.

One remaining thing is that the text of the textarea doesn't show in
Mozilla, I'm not sure if this is dynapi related, or just an html error.
