Summary: Dragging layer bug

Initial Comment:
Platform: Win 2000 Pro
Browser: IE 5.0

Bug description:

In a Layer with dragging enabled, I created a form with
a text area in it. Everything works fine until you type
enough text in the text area so the scroll bar appears.
If you try to scroll (the text area), it becomes
sticky. The whole layer gets stuck to the mouse pointer
and there is no way to let it go. I tried inline layers
and the same things happens. I consider this is a major
problem...

This issue is fixed in CVS, only Mozilla doesn't show
content, this is still to be resolved.

yes, there is a bug when dragging a layer containing
forms. ns4 seems to be the only one working ok, on other
browsers, you are unable to select text in a
textarea/input-field (layer is dragged instead) and the
problems with textareas and scrolling as mention above.

there is a testpage in CVS:

bin/viewcvs.cgi/~checkout~/dynapi/dynapi/tests/drag_forms.h
tml
