Well I gave them a try. I like (and have also used) the way you include HTML inside the widgets. There's still quite a bit of work though, in IE5.5 the buttons cause a this.css error, in Mozilla things work about 50% and NS4 doesn't do anything. And there's the famous box-object rendering thingy to find a solution for, now it not only affects Mozilla/Ns6 but also IE6 when a doctype with URL is used. (it means the buttons only show half)
Anyway, I'd be interested to see the next version, I'd like to play around with the events, and see how they hold up when multiple widgets are used. For me, the first priority would be to get these widgets working cross-browser, before doing new ones. Richard.
