Who has CVS rights? I think that we need to start getting more delegation going in the admin with regards to updates and the like.
How many people on this list are members of the other lists (i take -help as a given)? I know that this list is aimed at doing that, but it has turned into a "community list" that allows some dicussions to fall through the crack (and some that should don't). We need to start using the -chat list for the more general dicussions. This list should be used mainly for communication related to DEVELOPMENT and not as a quick way to yell at as many coders as possible.
