I was debating where to put things a lot.  I figured since the files in ext were 
extensions of the API files, that they should be in a sub-directory below it.  They 
are not extensions of the "dynapi" package like debug, functions, and library are.  I 
almost distributed them in the api directory itself, but having them seperated clearly 
shows that event, dyndoc, dynlayer, and mouse are considered the "core" of the api 
(and are included by library.include('dynapi.api')), and the files in /api/ext are 
extensions to that core.
