By default 0 is value used for x,y whenever they are
set to null. 

One way to get relative position is to use
setAnchor(). See
dynapi.api.dynlayer-anchor-anchoring.html for some
information.

The other thing is to create a setPosition() function
that will allow a user to set the position of the
layer inside the document. Or we could simple cause
the DynLayer to not set left/top values if x/y is
null.

Options:
---------
1) Create a setPosition() function
2) Cause DynLayer to not set left/top values if x/y is
null - results to a relative layer.

Which option is more suited for this kind of
functionality?
