Too bad, cuz now you will get a lot more emails posted to the list that should have gone to just the author, like this one. With a Reply-to, there is no easy way to just send to the author (you have to copy-paste the address), whereas without a Reply-to, there is usually a convenient Reply-to-all button. So I say never include Reply-to unless you want to discourage private communication.
