[Dynapi-Help] - scrolling ticker taper

I need to make a scrolling banner real quick, the kind full browser width,
bottom of screen (I can use frames OK), ticker-tape-like. I've checked
Richards site and didn't find anything. I get the idea to set the layer and
get it moving but I'm stuck how to make it repeat infinitely.
