I've got a fairly tall website. So, you have to scroll down a bit
before you get to the scrollpane, but when you do that, the scrollbar
starts acting funny. When you try to scroll up and down, it will start
going up and down on it's own. I did some tests and it seems that if
the browser scroller is all the way up, the scrollpane will act fine,
otherwise it won't.
Any ideas???
