Some thime the 'mouseup' event get's missed when dragging an object..
(the scrollbar's knob being one). When this happens, the object doesn't know
you are not dragging it.

The best way to fix this is to put an eventlistener on the document itself
which calls DragEvents.cancelDrag() when it recieve a mouseover event.
