[Dynapi-Help] New user with a question

Hello,
I've just begun using dynAPI.  My goal for now is to eliminate the headaches
caused by IE/NN *CSS* DHTML differences, as opposed to being able to
incorporate "dynamic" fancies (ie drag-n-drop, etc).  IOW, I want to be able
to write a single set of code which displays properly in both browsers.
 
The question I have is regarding forms.  I've been searching for examples on
how dynAPI will make this easier with no luck. The afroapix examples page is
unavailable.

Very simply, I need to have a simple form in (roughly) the upper right
corner of a page which consists of a select with multiple options, a text
input box, and an image submit.
