I think the div is always 10px high but it has overflowed. Setting overflow to
hidden like below you will see the size of the div.

<div style="position:absolute; left:10px; top:10px; width:100px; height:10px;
overflow:hidden;">
Blablabla...<br>
Blablabla...<br>
Blablabla...<br>
</div>
Lablablab...<br>
</body>
