To add a scrollbar you just use:
var sbar = this.addChild(new ScrollBar(1));

If you are not inside of a DynLayer just replace "this" with the
dynlayer obj.  sbar will be set to the scrollbar so you can use
all of the methods of the scrollbar, etc on sbar.
