Yes, from all I can see making a layer with a div tag works fine in NS 6.
Normal DynLayers seem to work in NS 6.  It looks like the method that
locates the inline layer in the DynAPI does not work right for NS 6.  Here's
the JS error that NS 6 is reporting:

DynAPI.document.all.menu has no properties

 menu is the name of the layer.

This is happening where I do something like
DynAPI.document.all["menu"].moveTo(50, 50);

I hope that information helps some...  If I knew more about how NS 6 locates
layers I would not mind fixing this my self and posting the code... Anyone
have a URL for up-to-date DHTML info for NS 6?
