Do You mean development tool for DynApi with intellisense, dragndrop and
things like that.
If anyone wants to start a project like that, I'll be glad to help (in VB or
Java).

To everyone else, I don't want to distract anyone's thinking, and most
likely
someone else has thought of this and I missed it, but what about a GUI
programming/widget assembler for DynAPI, the organization of things seems to
lend itself to this notion. Would be a great way to demonstrate the proper
ordering of things and such.
Most likely this is pipe dream.
