[Dynapi-Help] got the spread out FORM(s) to work, thanks

I changed some things a bit, and wrote a FORM handler to validate things. Try it out at:

Now I'll try it with DYN layers. This is my last big hurdle before incorporating into some of our pages. I'm sure there will be little things here and there though like layout and such.
