Hi,
I tried something;
The parentLayer is dragEnabled.
The childLayer covers parts of the parentLayer, and has "e.setBubble(false)"
in
it's onmousedown eventlistener, so the parents dragevent isn't fired.

Btw, does anyone have some code lying around, to check the connection speed
of two servers, and redirect as necessary?
I would prefer client-side as I always spawn a popup anyway.
I was thinking of asking an image from each server and timing the onload
event, and redirect to the fastest, but maybe someone has done it already.
