When you add a child to a layer, it checks to see if it is already in another
layer. If so, it removes it from there. It most only remove
it as you still need to have the object exist to add it to a layer.
When you are finished with an object and no longer need it, there is little point keeping it around. This is when you would use delete instead of remove. Doug Melvin wrote: why? which? what?
