Sourceforge seems to be down at the moment, so I can't submit my patch to
inline.js. I've attached my version of inline.js that works with the inline
layers example in the distribution. I haven't got anything else that uses
inline layers so I haven't been able to test more thoroughly. Give the
attached file a go and see how you fare.
Note that the events won't work in the inline layers example in NS6. I've
also patched event.js to fix this problem, I'll try and submit that when
sourceforge comes back to life.
