[Dynapi-Help] Drag & Drop

On the old Dynapi, Dansteinman have made this exemple

where on the end of drag, we could know the layer on which we drop.

did somebody have already implemented this exemple in the new DynApi ?
if so could I have an exemple which show me how to do ?
