could you post an example of how the problem to the list, either as a zip or
a url we can look at, and instructions on how to reproduce the problem.

i was thinking of adding a queue checker to loadpanel that basically checks
the queue and timeout's any documents that have been loading for say 30
seconds or something. it would help, it doesn't ultimately fix the queue
though.
