inline layers in mozilla aren't supported by the current API. try appling
the following patch to the latest release of inline.js
http://sourceforge.net/patch/?func=detailpatch&patch_id=103358&group_id=5757
you can either apply the patch by hand, or use the command line unix patch
utility (it comes with WinCVS if you don't have unix).
