Hello,

Let me first say that I'm aware of the nice work the dyn API open source
community have done so far. It's great and a main reason I was attracted
to the dynAPI idea in the first place. I'd love to contribute myself.

Pascal Bestebroer [EMAIL PROTECTED] did eloquently put it this way
on 01-02-08 18.55
>I don't think that making comments like "this is very discouraging" do
>anything at all (at least not for me) this is Opensource, so EVERYONE could
>help fix problems..
Well, I want to help with bug testing but I really can't help if I have
to feel that I'm the only one in the world that *wants* to support these
9 browsers (I don't think I am, but as for now it feels so anyway). I
know there may be bugs and other problems, but is it wrong to be open
about it?

As a newbie to dynAPI, of course I feel discouraged when there are few
comments on
What browser the widget, example or lib item have been tested with
Requested tests that the dynAPI community wants done
bugs that are looking for solutions or workarounds

It really feels, like it's none of my business to understand these
things. Ignore me for it if you want, but this is how it feels. Now, you
can tell me I'm an idiot.

Anyways, with these things you could get help even from newbies to dynAPI
(but not to JS), like myself. As some of you have mentioned, it takes a
while to get into the dynAPI and with little info like this in place I
have very little incentive to get into it. But please let me know if you
feel the opposite.

So, I suggest some kind agreed way to communicate these things.
If you have something like this in place already, great! but I've been
looking for some time now.

For starters for myself, are reports of examples breaking or displaying
bugs in different browser or platforms welcome anywhere? The help dorum
is possibly the wrong forum, right?
