Because the DIVs get weird when you resize the browser.

I have fixed this using setTimeout("code",100);
in DynAPI.onResize
this give the browser (NS) a chance to rinish re-rendering everything
(now why in the hell did the boys and girls at netscape decide that one
would always want
their page to be re-loaded on resize?)

I have noticed that when using a scrollobj that when you resize the page
the layout falls apart in Netscape 4.75. Is there any remedy for this
