I was not planning on doing this this often, but just updated the f.a.q.
following changes:
* link to overview of mailinglists (chapter 2.2.2) (and searching the
archive)
* link to browser matrix (chapter 3)
* added chapter 3.4
* added chapter 4.2.1
* added scrolling "bug" to chapter 6
* added chapter 6.4
* few other minor changes
