Is using this include method better/more compatible?  Using script tags
vs. DynAPI.include("blah.js")?

dragevents are now in a seperate file:
i.e.
<script language="Javascript"
src="./js/lib/dynapi/api/events.js"></script>
<script language="Javascript"
src="./js/lib/dynapi/api/dragevent.js"></script>
