WEll now.
My reasearch has come up with an interesting CSS
property: overflow
when set the 'scroll'
(thelayer.scc.overflow='scroll';) ANY dynlayer becomes a fully functional SCroll
pane..
..
in IE that is.. :-(
NS don't seem to support the overflow
property.
alert(thelayer.scc.overflow); produces 'undifined'
in NS..
crap.
