It's the way they work, I think they fire an onminimize event, or something
like that, which you can catch with a listener, to display an icon, or a
small dynlayer with the title.
AFAIK The idea was that the state of the windows, and the displaying of
icons would be taken care of by a window-manager. this has not yet been done
though.
