The reason it always shows in the Christopher_Go_Examples is that the width
of the loadpanel is 800 and the scrollpane is 600.
If you set the width of the loadPanel to 599 the scrollbar doesn't show.
If you are going to load a wider page you'll have to reset the size
separately I think.
