- ILayer does not support scrolling
- In IE version prior to 5.5 IFRAMES are always on top of other elements, as it
happens with form elements and embeds ( Java, Flash ) regardless of the zIndex of
their containing element
- You have to use system scrollbars. No fancy things.
- Difficult to have them resize ( imagine a window where you want to be able to drag
one of its corners and resize it )
