OK, I fixed it. It was simply some code examples that hadn't been properly encoded.
This is an easy mistake to make because it must be done manually each time.
Please read the libera manifesto ( http://www.lockergnome.com/manifesto.html ) and
understand that the admins can too make human errors - even if so simple.
