I forgot to mention that after getting the error I started to play around
with the parameters, in order to see if the problem was that I had to use []
(array context) necessarily or I could leave them out (list context).
Originally I had put all the [] and the result was "clip not defined". A
DynAPI2 compatibility issue?

You are right. I was used to the long way for everything, as was typical for
DynAPI1. The problem is that these stacked layers are of different sizes and
I don't what the bigger ones to show from underneath. I used to apply the
clip, like Dan Steinmann does in his scrolling panels example. Which would
be the more elegant way to accomplish this with DynAPI2?
