[Dynapi-Help] problem with toloadlayer

I've been playing around with the toloadlayer and think I have discovered a
problem with it...

it only seems to work if there is a link in the file being loaded. I'm
having to put a dummy <a href=""> in pages that don't have links otherwise
it just sits there doing nothing.

has anyone else encountered this? or am I just being numb?
