I was wondering if anyone has built a heirarchical menu widget for the
DynAPI? The sort of heirarchical menu I'm talking about is like the kind of
menu at the top of an application, you know the one with File, Edit, Help
etc.

There is also a JS value called screen.width if you want the screen width
and not the window
