I seem to recall it works with NS6.
And with IE6 U can specify a URL.
Though I think if you do layer.css.cursor = 'URL:hand.cur,hand' (or
whatever, check W3C) it stops working on IE5 or NS6 (can't remember), since
it can't handle lists.
