Lol!, a skinned window is a load panel or scroll pane that has a design 
around it.. you can combine it to look real nice :-) 
http://www.richardinfo.com has examples of a skinned window.. (under 
examples, and under that go to richards_examples) They're fun, and look 
awesome too./..
