Yes, I saw this. (I made a note to look at it in more detail - which I have) The drop
version would appear to be very similar to what I implemented - but in the DragEvent
code instead of the layer code. I guess I was more hoping to find out if anyone had an
opinion on this (and the zOrder!) as part of DynAPI itself.
