The DynDocument.doc.width value will always be the correct document width in
ns4.  I am not sure about other browsers wut this should always have the correct
value in ns4.  It will not update if you put new layers outside of the current
document width.  However, you can manually foce it to update by calculating a
reassigning the correct width.
