I've got a DynLayer ( the container ) containing two other DynLayers panels ), wich contain further DynLayers ( decoration ). There is an inset between container edge and the panels' edges of a few pixels, so there's a border around the panels. In IE it's ok, the border is visible on top,left,right and bottom and when I increase the container's height the bottom border is extended. But in NS 4.7 everything down below the panels' edges is not visible, although the container's height is the same as in IE.
