I did try some things for this, but there's not much to do.
The scrollwheel events have only just been added in IE6 beta.
I am currently using a scrollpane version which supports mouse-wheel action
though, it's based on a div with the overflow property set to "scroll". Like
that scrollbars appear, and mouse scrolling will scroll the contents.
This can be put back-to-back with the standard scrollpane, for NS4 support.

I wasn't successful in finding a way to cancel the round thing with the
arrows in it, that shows when you click the middle mouse-button though
(except by showing an alert) . If someone knows how it'd be a great help.
