My tests showed that NS4 does not generate a onresize events for
framesets. Only the top frame gets one. I don't know if your problems
come from here, but the API should be modified so it hooks itself to the
top window, not the frameset where it was loaded. However I have no idea
of what to expect when trying to do it.
