[Dynapi-Help] BUG?!?

when i use setPageY(10), for example, ie 5.5 interprets this as -10 (10
pixels above the top of the browser, offscreen), while Netscape 4.7
interprets it as 10 pixels below (the logical way). Is this a bug?
