So the following would look right to everyone?
 
In order to save the form to you hard drive you must follow these instructions:
Widnows Users:
 For Internet Explorer: Right-Click on the link below and select 'Save Target As...'
 For Netscape: Right-Click on the link below and select 'Save Link As...'
Mac Users:
 For Internet Explorer: Click on the link and hold you mouse button down until the menu pops up then select 'Download link to disk'
 For Netscape: Click on the link and hold you mouse button down until the menu pops up then select 'Save this link as...'
